User Provided Information
The User may use features involving reporting questions or creating new ones inside The Application. By using these features The User agrees to share this information with The Application and give The Owner full usage rights for unlimited time to be used as it sees fit for purposes of making The Application better.
Automatically Collected Information
The Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device The User uses, The User's mobile device unique device ID, the IP address of the mobile device, the mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers The User uses, email and phone number associated with the device and information about the way The User uses The Application.
Generally The Application uses the information collected regarding The User's device as a simple way to identify usage of The Application and to make the in-app experience better. The Application DOES NOT share any of this information with any 3rd party vendors.
The Application may also use the information collected to contact The User from time to time to provide you with important information and required notices.
The Application may also receive the payment information that The User provides to another party, typically the app provider. (Google/Apple)
The Application does not collect precise information about the location of The User's mobile device.

The Application and The Owner may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

with our trusted services providers who work on our behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.
You can stop all collection of information by The Application easily by uninstalling The Application. The User may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. The User can also request to opt-out via email, at [email protected]
The Application will retain User Provided Information forever. The Application and The Owner will retain Automatically Collected Information for up to 24 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate. If The User would like to delete User Provided Data that they have provided via The Application, please contact us at [email protected] and we will respond in a reasonable time. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Application to function properly.
The Application is targetted at users who are well into their undergraduate / graduate degree in Chiropractic and therefore deemed to be over 13. We do not use The Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at [email protected] . We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.
We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve The Application.
